A renovation is disruptive enough without unclear pricing, uncertain schedules or poor communication. Our process gives you clarity before construction begins and keeps you informed throughout the project.
Know what you're paying for before construction begins. Your proposal clearly defines the work included in your project. If you request additional work—or we discover a concealed condition that couldn't reasonably be seen beforehand—we explain it and price it before proceeding.
Before construction begins, we establish the project schedule and sequence of work. You'll know: When we start. What's happening now. What's happening next. When we expect to finish. If something affects the schedule, we tell you.
You shouldn't have to chase your contractor. You'll receive progress updates and photos throughout construction. You have a direct point of contact throughout construction.

Timelines vary by project scope, material availability, inspections and existing conditions. Planning, material lead times and permitting may occur before construction begins.
PERMITS, WHEN REQUIRED: Permit timing varies by project and jurisdiction. When required, allow approximately 1–4+ weeks for planning purposes.
Send us a short description, location and a few photos or a video.
We respond within one business day to discuss your goals and budget range before scheduling a site visit.
We meet at your property, inspect the existing conditions, discuss your goals and take the measurements needed to understand the project.
This matters most on older homes, sloped lots and properties with site access challenges — common throughout Asheville and Western North Carolina.
We develop the scope of work, discuss design and material options, identify necessary trades and prepare your proposal.
Larger projects may include preconstruction planning, design development, engineering coordination and material selections.
After approval, we coordinate materials, subcontractors, permits when required and the construction schedule.
Your project manager coordinates the work and keeps you informed as the renovation progresses.
We inspect the completed work with you and complete the project turnover.
We complete the punch list and stand behind our workmanship under our written warranty.
We coordinate demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, tile, cabinets, flooring, painting, etc.
One dedicated point of contact coordinates your project from construction through completion.
We protect surrounding areas, manage access and debris, and keep the jobsite organized while respecting that this is still your home.
We keep you informed with progress photos, upcoming work, schedule changes and decisions we need from you.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by this company and crew. We needed cosmetic repair from a leak on a high cathedral ceiling in an open concept area between two rooms and hallways, with one side against a stone fireplace surround. It had created stains and the drywall was coming apart. We were unsure if there was any mold or structural damage underneath. They checked that first and let us know that it was still in good shape, which shows me they are trustworthy because they could have said otherwise without us knowing any better just to make an extra buck. They kept the repair confined to the area that needed it without making it into a bigger job in other ways, too. Since this was an open concept space, someone could have said it was necessary to go further for appearance sake, but they didn't. They were timely and hard-working and while they had the scaffolding there, also patched a few other high areas where drywall was chipping and replaced some lightbulbs. On a big open area it could be easy to see where a smaller patch was put in, but the drywall is seamless and they did an excellent job matching the paint color. No matter what time of day, the lighting does not show that anything was ever a problem. Shout out to Slava, Inna, Rubin, and the other crew member whose name I'm sorry I don't remember. I also want to mention seeing plans and photos of a new construction project they were doing at the same time because the design and workmanship was inspirational and gorgeous.
I had a very good experience with my deck construction! Communication and planning was great. They handled all the permitting, it was timely. Workers were efficient, respectful of my property, on-time / early everyday. My old deck was taken down swiftly and cleaned up well. They put great care into the construction of the new deck. We had good communication whenever plans needed to be clarified or adjusted. We are very pleased with the work done.
